Research of preparation nanoforms layered piezoelectric

2A-1TP1/092 The project titled "Research preparations nanoforms layered piezoelectrics for production of high-temperature ultrasonic transducers" was a major R & D focuses on the preparation phases and their nanoforms 6 systems MeOx-Bi2O3-MO, where M = Ca, Sr, Indeed, x = 2 Me = Hf, Ti, Zr and x = 2.5 for V, Nb, Ta., where the main goal was to create samples of materials containing nanoforms these phases. The primary use of the following materials is designed for the construction of an ultrasonic piezoelectric transducers, which are used in the manufacture of ultrasonic probes intended for high temperature applications. The project was therefore developed nanoforms piezoelectric materials. Nanoforms were tested on piezoelectric properties and acoustic response. Unfortunately, not all the results tell us about the exact use of piezoelectrics nanoforms for design of piezoelectric transducers. However, the developed materials exhibit a relatively high Curie temperature (about 850 ? C - compared to commercial samples) and can be used as an additive to existing piezoelectric materials. Practical application of ultrasonic transducers with high Curie temperature contribute for testing materials at high temperatures. Also, as part of this project was developed and constructed a prototype piezoelectric transducers in the form of tablets. Thus developed tablets are used for constructing standard jednoměničových ultrasonic probes. In general, however, a probe that has been produced by default. Another objective of the project is achieved design víceměničových ultrasonic probes in phased array arrangement. Implementation of this project has contributed significantly to the development and subsequent construction of a unique ultrasound device bearing DIO1000-PA. This device is equipped with a unique ultrasonic generator intended for generating víceměničových probes that were also part of this project created.
As we see the great benefits of the project to deepen cooperation with individual co. With this project solutions to penetrate various analyzes and theories that were previously unknown to us. Cooperation has deepened ties especially individual workplaces. Given that the outcome of the project is positive, and the development of new nanomaterials will increase the competitiveness of both investigator and especially, of course, increases the product portfolio. Given that the main focus is the development of solvers ultrasound systems, related project submitted to fully focus of the company and also other business strategies.

This research work has received support from research program No. 2A-1TP1/092 “ Research of piezoelectric laminated nanoforms for high-temperature ultrasonic transducers” of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
